Jump into a custom, classic CJ-8 Jeep Scrambler for a scenic drive through the Ojai Valley to the beautiful Taft Garden Nature Preserve. Here, guests will have an exclusive opportunity to explore the grounds of this unique botanic garden located in the foothills of the Sierra Madre Mountains. Afterward, we’ll drive through the village of Ojai, with its classic Spanish Colonial Revival style architecture, to a one-of-a-kind destination that will surprise & delight the guests!
Housed in a humble warehouse, a private, classic car collection awaits! Here, guests will not only enjoy a guided viewing of the over 50 pristine vehicles (all related to Ojai in some capacity) but will do so with some Ventura Spirits, an Ojai-owned, leading California craft distillery. Guests can enjoy a sampling & presentation of a variety of spirits, from California Agave Spirits (similar to tequila) and Strawberry Brandy (closer to whiskey) to Wilder Gin (made with Ojai Pixie tangerine peel & local purple sage) and Limoncello.
Guests will return to the Ojai Valley Inn after memories are triggered, stories are shared, and interesting aspects of Ojai’s unique history are revealed during this special experience.
