Our floor system stands out from the competition, as well. Everest flooring is completely woodfree, secured with organically coated sill screws using an alternating pattern. This thoughtful design, combined with wax-covered crossmembers and composite sills, prevents moisture wicking to significantly reduce the risk of corrosion and eventually significant floor repairs over the trailer’s lifespan.
We understand that loading products with forklifts can take a toll on your equipment’s interior. That’s why we offer heavy-duty cargo floors, PunctureGuard and ThermoGuard linings, and multiple scuffband materials and heights. We even put thought into the placement of our electrical conduits, running them along the outer edges of our reefers to avoid notches down the center of the floor. This detail eliminates how traditional floors, cut down the center, are significantly weakened over time from prolonged forklift exposure.
