Welded Aluminum Main Beams

Welded aluminum main beams provide the highest concentrated load-to-tare weight ratio in its class. Available standard-duty and heavy-duty beam packages support concentrated load ratings up to 72,000 lbs*.

Fully Boxed Floor System
Built for Demanding Loads
Floorboards are welded directly to crossmembers and bulkheads, eliminating traditional floor screws. The result is a strong, lightweight structure engineered for long-term performance.
Full-Height Structural Bulkheads
Strength Without Outriggers
Full-height mid-span and suspension bulkheads help deliver consistent structural strength without outriggers. This design also creates space for longer dunnage storage.
Aluminum C-Channel Crossmembers
Lightweight Structural Support
Standard 4.5″ aluminum C-channel crossmembers on 16″ centers provide strong floor support while helping reduce trailer weight. Optional 12″ spacing is available for concentrated loads.
Extruded Aluminum Side Rail
Built-In Securement Flexibility
Extruded aluminum side rails integrate stake pockets, pipe spools, winch track, and optional J-hook anchor provisions into a single lightweight structure. The result is versatile cargo securement without added complexity.
Bolted-on RIG30 Rear Impact Guard
Advanced Protection Comes Standard
Freedom Ultra comes standard with a bolted-on RIG30 rear impact guard that exceeds U.S. and Canadian safety standards. It delivers advanced protection without compromising payload performance.
HDGV Corrosion Protection
Built for Long-Term Performance
The upper coupler, suspension brackets, and rear impact guard feature HDGV protection to help resist corrosion and extend component life. The bolt-in upper coupler design also improves serviceability.
FleetPulse Track Telematics
Visibility from Day One
FleetPulse® Track comes standard with up to seven years of battery life. It provides trailer visibility and recovery capabilities to help fleets improve asset utilization and management.
